Enable SQLiteDB backend.

Multiple fixed and finished the implementation of the SQLite backend.
Try to load the database before trying to attempt a rescan.
Delete the metadala list for backends that allocate them on demand.
Moved some generic functions to the databse class.
Renamed utils header to avoid rare QtCreator bug.

Implemented ClientManager so it can manage the usb and wireless threads.
Impelmented better mutex logic on CmaClient.
Execute the cma events in a different thread so the event listener is
available.

Reimplemented broadcaster so it can send 503 when a connection is in
